When you need to return a product to Company Name please follow these instructions so we can serve you better.

Returns require a copy of the original invoice.
No returns after 30 days.
No returns on special order items.
Returns must be unused and in condition to be sold as NEW.
Call # - Explain the reason for the return and get a Return Authorization Number.
Ship item back prepaid and insured via UPS to: Address
Repack return items carefully to avoid damage.
Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the Return Authorization Number written on it, along with a note with the reason for the return and a daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.
Company Name reserve the right to refuse any return items if returned items can not be sold as "New".
Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee.

Orders received before 3:00 p.m. CST Monday thru Friday are shipped the same day. The following shipping options are offered to you so you can get the parts and tires you need when you need them -- UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Saturday Delivery or Freight Line.
